5. Effective use of Printing Credit

To keep your printing costs to a minimum, please ensure that you:

Only print the pages that contain colour in colour and the rest in black & white

For example, if you have a 5 page document and only 1 page is in colour, print 4 pages in Black and White and only the colour page in Colour, if you print the whole document in Colour, you will be charged the price of Colour even if you only use Black and White

Only print the pages that you need

If you need any help with printing your work more economically just ask a member of staff at the Exchange helpdesk.
